Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Austin/San Antonio is seeking a dynamic Division Manager to lead and develop District Sales Managers and Sales Consultants. You will drive sales plans, manage key accounts, and ensure operational excellence while shaping go-to-market strategies with supplier partners.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales leadership, 2+ years DM experience, strong analytical and financial skills, and proficiency with MS Office and PowerBI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in a District Manager role.
• 4+ years overall sales experience, preferably in wine/spirits.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and talent-development capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence across levels.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with financial acumen.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with PowerBI, Workday, JB pricing tools a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop DMs to ensure strong leadership and execution.
• Develop and communicate a clear area vision aligned to goals.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate DM teams with development plans.
• Develop business plans, monitor KPIs, and balance supply/demand.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategy.
