Job summary

Prime Group Holdings is seeking a District Manager to oversee and grow its portfolio of stores in Virginia. The District Manager will lead team operations, drive business performance, and ensure sales goals are met.

A Bachelor's degree in business is preferred along with a minimum of five years in multi-unit retail leadership experience, ideally in the storage industry. A competitive salary starting at $110,000 annually and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience, preferably from the Storage industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Develop and implement plans to achieve sales goals and optimize the portfolios' NOI.
