Job summary

Storage Asset Management seeks a District Manager to oversee operations for company stores within defined districts. You will lead store managers, coach teams, and ensure performance aligns with ownership expectations while driving revenue growth.

Travel approximately 50% to markets and trade shows; manage vendor relations, budgeting, and P&L responsibilities with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in building high-performing teams.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Ability to monitor payroll and expenses.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree; storage facility experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and retain store managers through coaching and leading by example.
• Ensure sales-focused and customer-centric behaviors when interacting with customers.
• Provide a welcoming environment through facility presentation, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Lead with integrity, accuracy and alignment with SAM culture and values.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and issues in store performance.
• Manage rental rates, discounts, and ancillary income streams.
