Job summary

Salted is seeking a District Manager to lead Kitchen Managers and regional leaders across Northern California. You will coach, develop leaders, and support succession planning while ensuring high operational standards and financial performance.

You will travel regularly (up to 75%) to assigned kitchens, drive improvements, and implement company initiatives with a focus on profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant or kitchen management experience.
• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership, 4+ locations preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the work week across Northern California.
• Proven ability to coach, develop leaders and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kitchen Managers and regional leaders with coaching and succession planning.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple kitchens, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Analyze financials to improve sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Execute company initiatives and training programs across districts.
