Salted is hiring a District Manager to lead multiple kitchens across Northern California in a hybrid-remote role with regular travel. You will coach Kitchen Managers, drive operational excellence, and ensure food safety and consistent customer experiences across locations.

Qualifications

• Strong operational leadership experience in restaurants, hospitality, or food service.
• Proven track record coaching and developing leaders across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern California, up to 75% of the work week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple kitchen locations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, policies, and operational expectations.
• Monitor execution and coach teams to maintain high standards of quality and customer experience.
• Conduct regular kitchen visits and operational audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Kitchen Managers to analyze financial performance and drive profitability.
