Job summary

Salted is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple kitchens across Northern California. This hybrid-remote role requires regular travel between locations and collaboration with regional leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will hire, coach, and develop Kitchen Managers, oversee daily operations, and drive financial and operational performance while ensuring food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant or kitchen management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience managing 4+ locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern California with possible overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple kitchen locations.
• Coach and develop Kitchen Managers; hire and mentor leaders.
• Analyze financial performance and drive improvements in sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement using operational metrics and customer feedback.
