Job summary

Securitas USA in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a District Manager to lead a large, diverse portfolio across multiple sites and mobile teams, strengthening client relationships and optimizing operations. You will drive scheduling, route mapping, and P&L performance with a focus on profitability and service excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight.
Proficiency in understanding and managing P&L statements.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, account managers, and field teams.
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, route mapping, and resource allocation.
Manage district financial performance with full P&L responsibility.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Perform other related duties as required.
