Qualifications

• Must be able to read and apply company procedure documents.
• Team orientated, able to follow directions from management.
• Ability to monitor activity in-store and at gas pumps; maintain calm during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer comes first attitude with immediate, undivided attention.
• Participate in promotions and company programs.
• Complete required training and updates within specified periods.
• Perform specialized training on food preparation, handling, and storage.
• Know weekly/monthly promotions and suggest items to customers to increase sales.
• Receive payments and provide correct change; operate cash register and payment scanners.
• Monitor gas pump activity to ensure safe fueling and correct transactions.
• Prepare deli orders and ensure accurate food temperatures and logs.
• Follow food safety standards and manage waste and inventory as required.
