Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Operations Manager to lead the Regional Distribution Service Center in Wentzville, MO. You will oversee receiving, processing, shipping, storing, and delivering flooring products, guiding a team of ~18 associates across two shifts.

This role emphasizes safety, cost efficiency, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales and Customer Service to meet service standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of logistics experience; or associate degree and 3+ years of logistics experience or High School Diploma/GED 5-7 years of logistics management/supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the RDC performance, ensuring safety, customer experience, associate engagement, and cost efficiency.
• Provide clear direction to associates across all shifts, removing operational barriers and promoting daily execution.
• Drive accountability through coaching and ongoing support for growth and engagement.
• Collaborate daily with Sales and Customer Service to resolve exceptions and uphold service standards.
• Communicate with Regional Supply Chain Director to report performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure DOT compliance and safety protocols.
• Motivate associates, implement process improvements, and foster ownership and initiative.
• Optimize transportation utilization and delivery/pick-up efficiency across the operation.
