Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field with 1+ year of logistics experience; or an associate degree with 3+ years in logistics management.
• Experience guiding hourly associates and leading teams to meet operational goals.
• Strong coaching and development capabilities for leadership teams.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of the Regional Distribution Center, focusing on safety, customer experience, engagement, and cost efficiency.
• Provide direction across all shifts and remove operational barriers for daily execution.
• Coach and develop leadership teams to improve performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve customer issues and uphold service standards.
• Report facility performance to the Director of Regional Operations and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety protocols across the facility.
• Drive initiative and ownership to meet facility goals and optimize transportation resources.
