Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of logistics experience or equivalent.
Ability to lead a team and drive safety, service, and cost efficiency.
Experience with cross-functional teams and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee RDC performance, focusing on safety, customer experience, and cost efficiency.
Provide clear direction to shifts, coach, and develop associates.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve exceptions.
Report facility performance to Director of Regional Operations and pursue improvements.
Ensure DOT compliance and safe work environment; manage transport and warehousing processes.
