BSC Industries in the United States is seeking a Regional Manager, Distribution Operations to lead multiple branch locations, assume full regional P&L accountability, and drive sales and operational performance. You will shape the distribution network strategy and oversee the rollout of a hub-and-spoke operating model while maintaining strong customer relationships at the branch level.

Formación

• 7+ years of leadership in industrial distribution or related operations.
• Experience with P&L management and multi-site oversight.
• Proven track record in distribution network design or hub-and-spoke models.
• Strong analytical and financial skills for capital planning.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems; familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional P&L stewardship and implement business plans.
• Partner with Branch Managers to drive sales and operational performance.
• Design and implement BSC’s distribution center and hub-and-spoke model.
• Guide distribution network strategy, inventory positioning, and service levels.
• Lead change management and monitor operational performance across branches.
