Soccer Shots Los Angeles is seeking a Director for Youth Soccer with a passion for early education and positive youth development. The role blends coaching leadership with sales growth, staff coordination, and program administration across our Florida locations.

You will drive enrollment, manage schedules and events, and partner with directors and parents to deliver high-quality youth programming. Competitive pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Self-starter with keen attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma minimum; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a Child Abuse History Clearance/Background Check.
• Must be 18+ in accordance with Florida statutes for background checks.

Responsibilities

• Meet seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals by adding park and school accounts and promoting at each account/location.
• Document summary and follow-up notes, and complete sales day action items promptly.
• Coach as needed to cover for absent coaches and at demos/free fun days.
• Assist in maintaining the master instructor schedule and handling cancellations.
• Assist in preparation for seasonal instructor meetings.
• Schedule and promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season; assist CFO with enrollment processes.
