Soccer Shots is seeking an Assistant Regional Director to help manage operations across multiple locations. You will assist in coaching, staff leadership, scheduling, and program promotion to meet enrollment and revenue goals.

The role emphasizes community impact, early education, and sportsmanship. A High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's is preferred. The position offers 40k salary, 401(k) matching, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years coaching experience
• OR 1 year leadership experience (Head Coach, Teacher/Educator, Director of Coaching)
• OR 1 year early childhood experience (Preschool Teacher, Elementary School Teacher)
• Passion for Soccer Shots mission and strong communications

Responsabilités

• Coach as needed to cover for absent coaches and at demos and Free Fun Days
• Assist in maintaining master instructor schedule and handle cancellations/reschedules
• Assist in preparing for seasonal instructor meetings
• Perform seasonal marketing/promotions for Park and School Programs
• Communicate with parents, directors, and other account reps
• Schedule and prepare materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season
• Maintain instructor equipment and prize inventory
• Meet enrollment and revenue goals by adding new park/school accounts and promoting at each location
• Document follow-up notes and complete sales day items
