Job summary

Soccer Shots seeks an Assistant Regional Director to help manage operations for our youth soccer program across multiple Florida locations. You will support coaching staff, coordinate marketing efforts, and drive enrollment and revenue growth while ensuring quality education and safety for children.

The role reports to the Regional Director and requires a passion for early education, strong communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coach when needed to cover for absent coaches and at demos and free fun days.
• Maintain the master instructor schedule and handle cancellations/reschedules as needed.
• Prepare for seasonal instructor meetings.
• Lead seasonal marketing/promotions for Park and School Programs and communicate with parents and directors.
• Schedule and prepare materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season.
• Maintain instructor equipment and prize inventory.
• Help meet enrollment and revenue goals by adding new park and school accounts and promoting at each location.
