Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking an Assistant Regional Director to help manage operations across our Florida locations. You will assist the Regional Director in coaching, staff leadership, marketing promotions, scheduling, and driving enrollment growth with account and location management.

The role requires a passion for early education, strong communication, and project management. A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s preferred, and US work eligibility is assumed.

Qualifications

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with directors and parents.
• Self-starter with keen attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching as needed to cover for absent coaches and at demos and special events.
• Assist in maintaining the master instructor schedule and handling cancellations/reschedules.
• Assist in preparing for seasonal instructor meetings.
