PetVet Care Centers seeks a Regional Director to oversee Hospital Administrators, Managers, and Medical Directors. The role focuses on delivering quality care while achieving financial targets in a $37MM revenue region.

A hands-on leader will implement local solutions benefiting pets, clients, and communities. Responsibilities include revenue achievement, staff recruitment and retention, and collaboration with Medical Directors to anticipate needs.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• 2–5+ years of leadership experience in Veterinary or Human Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Achieving plan revenue and managing controllable costs.
• Developing service focused doctor/client communication.
• Staff development, engagement and retention.
• Doctor recruitment and retention.
• Regional acquisition onboarding support and facilitation.
• Travel up to 60% of the time.
• Collaborate with Hospital Managers and Medical Directors to boost engagement, revenue and cost control.
• Review scheduling efficiency and pricing/inventory practices.
• Lead facility, equipment and training updates across regions.
