Job summary

Companion Pet is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead and optimize operations across our veterinary clinics in Arizona and Texas. This remote role involves 70% travel to sites, ensuring hands-on leadership and high standards of patient care and client service.

You will oversee a substantial portfolio, drive profitability, and develop hospital leaders across 12 locations, reporting to the COO. Strong analytics, change management, and team-building experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-location operational leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing operations in service-based industries with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven change management expertise in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Licensed DVM in good standing, preferred.
• Track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets.
• Experience leading teams of 50+ employees across multiple locations.
• Phoenix, AZ residency preferred (relocation assistance available).
