Job summary

Alliance Animal Health seeks a Regional Director of Specialty Operations to lead a portfolio of multispecialty referral hospitals, improving workflows, performance, and growth across the region. You will partner with Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, and specialists to align operations with strategic goals and deliver exceptional patient care.

You will shape operational strategies, drive profitability, and build strong leadership teams while supporting the unique needs of specialty

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive veterinary hospital operations experience, including specialty multisite.
Experience leading hospital administrators and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting and profitability improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple specialty hospitals.
Drive regional financial performance, revenue growth, EBITDA, labor management and budgeting.
Partner with medical leadership to strengthen specialty service lines and referral growth.
Build trusted relationships with hospital leadership and veterinary specialists.
Coach and mentor hospital leaders to create a culture of accountability and growth.
Shape growth strategies and operational initiatives across the specialty network.
