Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Regional Director of Specialty Operations to lead a portfolio of multispecialty referral hospitals across the Midwest. This executive role focuses on improving clinical operations, financial performance, and leader development within a dynamic network.

You will collaborate with Hospital Administrators, Medical Directors, and veterinary specialists to drive service growth, optimize workflows, and build scalable leadership across sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive veterinary hospital operations experience, including at least 5 years in specialty or multispecialty operations.
• 3+ years of multisite leadership experience or comparable senior-level leadership within a large, complex multispecialty hospital.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement.
• Experience leading Hospital Administrators, Practice Managers, and multidisciplinary hospital teams.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
• Excellent communication, leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
