Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC, is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead therapy operations across the Northeast. You will train facilities, optimize processes, and ensure compliant PDPM reimbursement while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Role requires multi-site management experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel to various sites. A licensed therapist in PT/OT/SLP or OTA/PTA is required and you should be located in NY or PA.

Qualifications

• Therapist with degree in accredited program and licensed in employment state.
• 3–5 years clinical LTC experience including supervisory or admin duties.
• Multi-site management experience with clinical process background.
• Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, compliance and eligibility.
• Familiar with Net Health and PCC documentation systems.
• Based in NY or PA; active therapy license (PT/OT/SLP/OTA/PTA).

Responsibilities

• Provide training, consultation and support for the assigned facilities.
• Analyze processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement recommended changes.
• Promote best practices and oversee facility performance and documentation.
• Travel to cover territory and support operations in the Northeast.
