Qualifikationen

• Must hold an Active Therapy license in the state of employment.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in long-term care with supervisory or administrative roles.
• Multisite management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PDPM and Medicare reimbursement.

• Provide leadership and strategic guidance across facilities in the region.
• Analyze processes to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Mentor teams, perform audits, and drive reimbursement performance.
