Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead therapy management across facilities in the Northeast United States. This remote role requires travel and oversees PDPM-related processes, reimbursement and compliance with HIPAA and Medicare rules.

The ideal candidate will have a therapy license, 3–5 years in long-term care with supervisory experience, and multi-site management proficiency. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Therapist with degree from an accredited program and licensed in the state of employment.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in long-term care with supervisory/administrative duties.
• Prior multi-site management and mentoring experience is required.
• Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare reimbursement, and compliance.
• Experience with Net Health or Point Click Care documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, advice and consultation across facilities in the Northeast US.
• Analyze processes to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with teams to implement changes and monitor effectiveness.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure proper assessments and documentation.
• Promote best practices and enable accurate reimbursement performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
