Job summary

KU MedWest ASC, LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead regional revenue cycle operations across its ASC facilities. You will oversee processes from patient registration to final account resolution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and optimal reimbursement.

You will collaborate with facility leadership, Finance, Operations, and external partners to identify gaps, implement improvements, and monitor performance metrics such as AR days, denial rates, and cash collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, payer processes, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle activities across KU MedWest ASC, LLC facilities.
• Monitor AR, denials, authorizations, and collections; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and external partners to resolve issues.
• Provide education and guidance on revenue cycle processes and payer requirements.
