Job summary

United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) is seeking a Regional Director of Revenue Cycle Management to drive best-practice processes across the care-network. The role oversees a large multi-site AR process, ensuring compliant billing, accurate cash applications, and timely collections.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of Directors, partner with clinical and operational leaders, and implement strategies that optimize revenue capture and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of RCM management experience in a large multi-specialty setting preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve ASC growth and revenue cycle performance.
• Knowledge of Medicare and other regulatory standards.
• Ability to analyze data and build systems to control financial activity in a surgical center setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle initiatives across the CBO with oversight of 100+ clients.
• Drive improvements in billing timeliness, cash collections, and AR reduction.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and SOPs aligning teams with goals and regulations.
• Mentor Directors and Managers to support growth and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve RC issues and drive efficiency.
