Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required; 7+ years in retirement benefits.
• High school diploma with 10+ years in retirement benefits; 5+ years in operations management.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to Retirement Benefits management.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure client needs are met.
• Monitor and control expenses within budget parameters.
• Collaborate with Client Services to resolve service issues.
• Attend Board of Trustee meetings for retirement benefits updates.
