Job summary

Lighthouse Credit Union seeks a Director, Retail Delivery to lead performance across an assigned regional branch network and directly manage Branch Managers. This role reports to the VP, Community Banking and translates retail strategy into execution across sales, service, operations, people leadership, community engagement and profitability.

The ideal candidate has multi-site retail banking experience, strong business acumen and a track record of coaching leaders, managing change and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Seven+ years in retail banking, branch operations, financial services or equivalent.
• Three+ years leadership overseeing managers, multiple branches, or multi-site operations.
• Demonstrated success leading sales, service, operations, staffing, performance management, and financial results.
• Working knowledge of retail banking regulations, BSA/AML requirements, operational controls, audit expectations, and branch safety and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales, market development, and community engagement to drive member financial well-being and organizational growth.
• Oversee Branch Managers, translate strategy into execution and ensure performance against targets.
• Monitor regional financial performance, budgets, KPIs, and coach teams to close gaps.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Lending, Wealth Management and other lines on joint initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture grounded in accountability, learning, and service excellence.
