Job summary

National CORE is seeking a Manager of Resident Services to lead Hope Through Housing’s resident services in a defined region around Escondido, CA. You will supervise Service Coordinators, build partnerships with local government and nonprofits, and ensure service delivery meets community needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social services, business, or communications and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong communication and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering case management, program development, or fundraising results.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee Service Coordinators across the region.

• Oversee budgeting, contracting, and compliance for services.
• Coordinate with property management to meet service obligations and program delivery.
• Represent Hope within the region and foster strong community relationships.
