Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise resident care staff, provide training and schedule tasks.
• Coordinate pre-admission screening and assess resident care needs.
• Update medical charts and care plans, monitor health status.
• Notify executive leadership and family of significant health changes.
• Order medications, maintain records, and ensure proper storage.
• Oversee orientation and education programs for staff.
