Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, business, or communications.
• 3–5 years of work experience in social services, education, or related field.
• Experience delivering program development, case management, or fundraising results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Service Coordinators to deliver resident services.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with nonprofits, government, and businesses.
• Monitor service delivery, regulatory compliance, and program quality.
• Oversee budgets, contracting, and fundraising activities as needed.
• Represent Hope within the region and coordinate with Property Management.
