Project Access is a nonprofit organization serving residents in affordable housing and workforce communities. The Regional Manager provides leadership for Resident Services Coordinators at Family Resource Centers, ensuring programs meet contracting requirements and outcomes.

You will oversee budgeting, staff development, and partnerships, while maintaining safe practices and program compliance across sites in Southern California.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum of three years management experience; preferably in the nonprofit field.
• Experience supervising programs and program evaluation.
• Ability to lead a diverse team in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop staff across Resource Centers; ensure contract services are delivered and goals met.
• Develop annual, outcomes-oriented goals with Program Director to fulfill the mission.
• Hire and lead all RSCs; manage performance and scheduling.
• Ensure safe work environments and strong relationships with property managers, partners, volunteers, and residents.
