UIP Companies, Inc. is hiring a Regional Director to manage a portfolio of apartment communities in the DC region and drive strong financial results across properties. You will lead and develop site teams, monitor budgets, and partner with owners to maximize value.

The role requires extensive multi-site property management experience, leadership capabilities, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in multi-family, multi-site property management.
• 3+ years’ experience managing 1,500 units with Class A assets.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and MS Office.
• CAM, ARM, CAPS designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial management for a portfolio of DC-area apartment communities.
• Direct implementation of strategic business and marketing plans.
• Lead quarterly meetings with Regional and Community Managers on initiatives and updates.
• Collaborate with development partners on redevelopment and construction dialogues.
• Implement cost-control measures to minimize delinquency and maximize revenue.
• Lead budgeting and reforecasting processes with property teams.
• Achieve high occupancy and strong pricing while delivering investor value.
• Ensure timely preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Participate in recruitment and empower managers to achieve goals.
• Foster diversity, inclusion, and brand-aligned programs across communities.
• Maintain owner/investor relationships with updates and tours.
