Job summary

The position requires 5–7 years in multifamily with a regional/director track, proficiency in Yardi and MS Office, and up to 60% travel within the region and to the Philadelphia Home Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPM/ CAPS certification preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of multifamily experience, including at least 3 years in a Regional Manager or Director-level role.
• Experience overseeing portfolios of 1,000+ units preferred.
• Ability to travel within the region up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, leasing performance, resident experience, and property conditions across the portfolio.
• Conduct site visits and quarterly inspections to review staffing, maintenance, and performance.
• Supervise, coach, and support Property Managers within the region.
• Lead accountability, performance feedback, and HR onboarding/training initiatives.
• Oversee capital improvements, budgets, and vendor performance.
• Review monthly financials, leasing reports, and property performance against budget.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and housing laws.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and investor tours as needed.
