Job summary

Catholic Housing Services seeks a Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing across Western Washington. You’ll ensure property operations meet regulatory, financial, and service standards while leading a roving team and driving occupancy, compliance, and resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of property management experience in affordable housing managing several sites and a team.
• Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong supervisory skills: hiring, coaching, training and evaluating.
• Experience working with ethnically and economically diverse people.
• Proficiency with computers (Windows and MS Office, Excel) and property management software.
• Requires current driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to reliable transportation to visit sites regularly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of housing operations and portfolio financial sustainability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and funding obligations.
• Lead roving regional operations and travel to properties.
• Set KPIs, monitor occupancy, collections, and resident outcomes.
