Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio including offices, retail, and residential assets.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building envelope systems.
• Develop operating budgets and manage procurement and invoicing.
• Drive asset value with innovative strategies and KPI tracking.
• Ensure tenant satisfaction and lease compliance across properties.
