Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a Regional Director, Pathology Sales to drive revenue growth and market expansion across a defined geography by building and executing a hospital and pathology-focused commercial strategy. You will lead a team of Territory Business Managers and partner with Oncology Sales to deliver a unified value-based message across health systems.

This role requires strong leadership, deep healthcare knowledge, and a proven track record of growing pathology and laboratory services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of sales management experience in pathology, laboratory diagnostics, or related clinical services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional pathology sales strategy aligned to company growth priorities.
• Lead engagement with pathology leadership, lab operations, and C-suite to drive enterprise adoption.
• Coach Territory Business Managers and ensure disciplined execution of hospital pathology sales plans.
• Partner with Oncology Sales to develop and execute joint account strategies across shared customers.
• Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement; manage relationships and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with medical, operations, and marketing teams to align pathology messaging.
