Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead therapy operations across multiple sites in the Northeast United States. The role is remote with travel to facilities as needed, focusing on PDPM optimization, reimbursement strategies, and compliance.

The ideal candidate is a licensed therapist with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, strong leadership, and the ability to drive improvements across facilities while maintaining high patient care

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state therapy license.
• 3–5 years of clinical leadership in long-term care.
• Experience with PDPM and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and consultation to facilities and teams in the region.
• Analyze processes to ensure compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Monitor and improve rehab oversight and payment performance.
• Conduct periodic audits of assessments and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to implement improvements.
