Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Regional Director, Store Operations to lead a team of District Managers delivering sales growth, operational excellence, and superior customer experiences across an assigned region.

The role reports to the Zone Vice President and drives zone priorities, governance, budgeting, and talent development while partnering with HR, AP, Real Estate, and Store Support Center teams to ensure consistent execution of Dollar Tree standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years multi-unit retail leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and multi-location success.
• Experience leading, developing, and coaching field leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management and analytics.
• Experience leading through change and executing large-scale initiatives.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of District Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service goals.
• Execute zone priorities and ensure consistent store execution across the region.
• Provide updates to the Zone VP with sales, ops, and talent insights.
• Maintain full P&L accountability and manage expenses for the region.
• Develop talent and leadership within the regional leadership pipeline.
• Collaborate with HR, Asset Protection, Real Estate, and SSC to drive priorities.
