Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations of multiple stores within a district, partnering with Store Managers to ensure a premier shopping experience and strong sales performance across the district.

You will lead store leaders, drive merchandising consistency, recruit and develop talent, and manage payroll and audits while traveling to locations as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Experience with merchandising required.
• Previous recruiting experience required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Multi-unit retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop store leaders to deliver shopping experiences exceeding customer expectations.
• Analyze district sales results and trends to increase sales.
• Maintain inventory mix and presentation to maximize sales.
• Partner with Store Managers to recruit and train new associates.
• Foster growth of associates into leadership roles.
• Manage payroll hours and store audits.
• Oversee inventory shrinkage controls across district.
• Provide exceptional customer service in professional, safe environments.
• Develop relationships with associates, leaders, and communities.
• Travel up to 50% with overnight stays to support district operations.
