Orlando Health Physician Associates is seeking aDirector of Practice Operations to lead outpatient clinic operations across Central Florida. You will oversee physicians, staff, budgets, and processes to ensure patient-focused, cost-efficient care within the Orlando Health system.

You will collaborate with physician leadership and COO to drive quality, access, and performance, while building a strong, compliant team across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitutions allowed per policy.
• Five years of health care experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing outpatient clinic operations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee 15–20 physicians and 40+ staff across outpatient clinics.
• Develop and enforce service-line standards in partnership with leadership.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and implement policies across clinics.
• Develop and manage annual operational and capital budgets; monitor variances.
• Maintain revenue cycle effectiveness and optimize clinic operations.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance development.
• Lead strategic planning for clinic operations within the service line.
