Job summary

AdventHealth seeks a seasoned healthcare leader to oversee service-line operations, financial performance, and recruitment of providers. You will drive quality, safety, and patient experience while managing budgets and capital planning across multiple practices.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in healthcare leadership, strong policy knowledge, and experience with EMR and practice management software. This full-time role is based in Maitland, Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in business, healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages and balances provider templates for optimized utilization and monitoring productivity.
• Evaluates and manages quality metrics to drive clinical quality and patient safety.
• Represents the service line during recruitment and communicates needs for new providers.
• Focuses on consumer experience through oversight and accountability of performance.
• Delivers on Team Member Promise through leadership conversations and training.
• Ensures workflow optimization and accountability across service line performance.
• Manages disciplinary actions and conducts practice rounding with providers and staff.
• Reviews provider renewals and conducts renewal discussions.
• Responsible for financial growth and budget performance of practices within service lines.
• Understands capital responsibilities and drives capital planning.
• Works with facilities and purchasing on capital requests.
• Collaborates on strategic plans including space planning and learner programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
