Job summary

Medconnect is seeking an experienced Regional Medical Director to lead eight outpatient primary care centers in the Orlando area. This physician‑led role focuses on strategic clinical leadership, value‑based care, and organizational growth with no direct patient care responsibilities.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to standardize workflows, drive quality initiatives, and manage regional performance across four states, while mentoring providers and advancing population health

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Unrestricted physician medical license.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple outpatient primary care centers.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives and operational planning.
• Standardize clinical workflows, policies, and best practices across all locations.
• Develop and implement clinical guidelines, protocols, and care pathways.
• Monitor provider productivity, quality metrics, and operational performance.
• Analyze regional performance data and present reports to executive leadership.
• Ensure OSHA, infection control, accreditation, and regulatory compliance across all regional clinics.
• Participate in annual budgeting, strategic planning, and regional operational initiatives.
