Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and manage regional operations in the Greer, SC area. The role focuses on driving achievement of financial, sales, and KPI targets while upholding Quality Policies and QMS.

Reporting to the General Manager, the position requires overseeing client relationships, operations, staffing, and continuous improvement to optimize region performance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Full proficiency in local language.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office (basic Excel) and Outlook.
• Work Instruction Writing.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship & business development with anchor and OEM accounts.
• Frequent in-person client meetings and transparent communication.
• Developing business with existing clients and upselling with sales support.
• Monitor regional competition (services, prices).
• Assist Sales with new business opportunities (hunting).
• Review practices and site visits/audits to ensure performance and satisfaction.
• Motivate teams and organize training; ensure KPI compliance.
• Develop new processes to improve services and control costs.
• Provide links between departments and manage recruiting to maintain staffing.
