Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations for the Greer, SC region. The role oversees regional operations, ensuring KPI achievement, and leads client relationship management with anchor and OEM accounts.

Responsibilities include site visits, audits, training, process improvements, and staffing oversight. A strong background in automotive/manufacturing operations and HR is required, with focus on quality management and safety.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in automotive and/or manufacturing.
• Operational/Quality background with overview capabilities.
• Management responsibilities (operational and HR).
• Exposure to client relationship and business development.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage regional operations ensuring peak performance.
• Maintain and develop relationships with anchor and OEM accounts; frequent client meetings.
• Lead site visits/audits to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure KPI compliance and drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve services.
• Recruit and manage staffing to maintain performance and turnover control.
