Qualifications

• BA/BS in industrial, mechanical or business administration or 4-year technical degree, or 10+ years of manufacturing management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing plan and procedures to maintain high quality standards.
• Directs and monitors department managers to meet manufacturing goals.
• Hires, trains, develops and evaluates staff; takes corrective action as needed.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
