Job summary

CSP Innovations, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Leader to develop and execute strategic manufacturing roadmaps across a network of facilities in Michigan and beyond.

You will translate corporate objectives into measurable initiatives, drive capital investments, and standardize performance reporting to enable executive decision-making. Applicants should bring 10+ years in plant-level leadership, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a strong financial acumen to optimize budgets and drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing operations, CI, or operational excellence.
• Experience at plant-level leadership, preferably Plant Manager or Operations Manager.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Experience in budgeting, cost modeling, and capital investment justification.
• Experience with MES, dashboards, and KPI-based performance management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence leaders without direct authority.
• Experience implementing standardized processes and improvement methodologies in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production systems, and performance management.
• Experience supporting executive-level manufacturing strategy, capital planning, and financial reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual manufacturing strategies, priorities, and multi-year improvement roadmaps.
• Lead standardized performance management with KPIs like OEE, scrap, downtime, and throughput.
• Oversee budgeting, cost reduction, and capital investment justification across facilities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and IT to deliver data-driven cost improvements.
• Provide coaching and leadership to CI Managers and cross-functional teams.
