Job summary

CSP, a leading Tier One supplier in advanced composites for transportation, seeks a senior Manufacturing Continuous Improvement leader in Michigan. You will drive strategic manufacturing improvements, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and oversee budgeting, cost reductions, and capital planning.

You will standardize processes and establish a robust KPI framework to improve OEE and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.
• Demonstrated plant-level operational leadership, preferably at Plant Manager or Operations Manager level.
• Experience leading complex manufacturing improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Proven budgeting, cost modeling, and capital investment justification experience.
• Experience using MES, dashboards, and KPI-based performance management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of Manufacturing to develop and execute annual and multi-year manufacturing strategies.
• Translate objectives into measurable improvement initiatives across the manufacturing network.
• Collaborate with regional directors to align plant priorities with enterprise goals.
• Support capital investments, resource planning, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Lead manufacturing budget tracking, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain KPI framework, including OEE, downtime, throughput, and quality.
