CSP (Teijin Automotive Technologies) in Grabill, Indiana is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within a fast-growing Tier One supplier for transportation. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and implement best practices to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• 10 years of people management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, manufacturing, engineering, related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience managing operations and teams.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
