Job summary

Accela Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services to oversee clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing and rehab facilities. The role provides leadership to Directors of Nursing and clinical teams, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will have an active RN license with at least 5 years of nursing leadership in long-term care, including regional experience, strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processes,

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with an active, unencumbered nursing license.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care/rehab, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site role.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical best practices, CMS regulations, and survey processes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and guidance to facility Directors of Nursing and clinical teams.

• Monitor clinical performance metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans for improvement.

• Travel regularly to assigned facilities to provide on-site support and coaching.
