Ideal candidates will have LNHA licensure, prior multi-facility leadership, and a track record of mentoring Administrators. Extensive travel is essential across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience within the Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care industry.
• Current LNHA license in good standing.
• Prior multi-facility or Regional Administrator experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop Nursing Home Administrators.
• Strong ability to set expectations, follow through, and hold leaders accountable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, decisive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Extensive and frequent travel is an essential part of this position as the SNF locations span multiple states.

A growing multi-state skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Regional Administrator to provide operational oversight and leadership to multiple skilled nursing facilities.

This is a hands-on regional leadership role for an experienced SNF professional who can develop strong facility teams, drive performance, and ensure that Administrators and department leaders meet established expectations.

The Regional Administrator will work closely with facility leadership to support operational performance, census growth, staffing, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality outcomes.
